    Lead8 was founded by a group of like-minded design professionals driven by creativity, integrity and excellence in design. Since our inception in 2014, we have partnered with some of the world’s leading property developers, owners and operators, developing a portfolio of award-winning and high-profile projects which are pushing the boundaries of their sectors.

Multi-disciplinary studio

Embracing a holistic, multi-disciplinary and experiential approach, our designs place connectivity between people, space and context at their core. Our diverse and international team represent more than 20 nationalities and speak over 15 languages. Combined with our sensitivity to location and culture, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional projects for our clients, the communities we work within and the cities we shape.
